This policy explains how HereSignGo ("the app") handles user information to provide and improve the service.
1. Information We Collect
The app collects the following information after user permission is granted.
Collected items: current location information (latitude and longitude), images captured with the camera.
Collection method: generated and collected during service use after permission approval.
2. Purpose of Use
- Image and location analysis: to analyze restaurant signs or menus and provide relevant restaurant information.
- Service improvement: to improve AI analysis quality and user experience.
3. Third-Party Processing
The app does not generally provide personal information externally. However, core service features use the following external interface.
Recipient: Google (Gemini API / Search Tool)
Provided items: image data, location coordinates (Lat, Lng)
Purpose: AI-based restaurant information analysis and search result matching.
4. Retention and Deletion
Location information and images are deleted immediately after analysis or deleted without delay after retention according to service operation policy.
5. User Rights
Users can withdraw camera and location permissions at any time in app or device settings. Some service features may be limited if permissions are withdrawn.
