This policy is established to protect the personal information of users who use the services provided by HereSign (hereinafter referred to as 'the App') and to handle related grievances promptly.
1. Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection
The App collects the following information for smooth service provision.
Items collected: User's current location (latitude, longitude), images taken with the camera, allergen and dietary restriction settings
Collection method: Generated and collected with user permission during service use
2. Purpose of Personal Information Use
Collected information is used solely for the following purposes.
- Image and location analysis: To analyze sign/menu images and location coordinates captured by the user to identify and provide accurate restaurant information
- Personalized service: To provide customized menu recommendations and safety information based on user allergen and dietary restriction settings
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The App does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, the following external APIs are used for core service functionality.

4. Retention and Destruction of Information
User location information and images are destroyed immediately after analysis or retained for a period according to service operation policies and then destroyed without delay.
If a user requests account deletion within the app, all information will be deleted.
5. User Rights
Users can revoke location access and camera permissions at any time through app settings.
Note: Service usage may be limited when permissions are revoked.
